Educational Scavenger Hunts

One of the better scavenger hunt games for everyone are museum hunts. They really do not consist of finding physical items but better yet to search for clues that "hidden" in paintings, sculptures, etc. These types games become educational to children and adults a like. As a matter of fact once adults play these types of games they walk away saying "I learned something today by playing this" there are a few companies that offer these types of games and are great for a family outing, birthday, adult gatherings, or something to doetc. Give them a shot i am sure you will love it!

Twithunt is a new type of scavenger hunt that is all conducted via twitter using a smartphone. The way it is conducted teams will each recieve a smartphone and be given special instructions on how to play. Las Vegas Scavenger Hunts

I think one of the best places to conduct a scavenger hunt is in Las Vegas!! This is such a great game board because of all the "props and places" that Las Vegas offers. The best thing to do is if you know the Vegas area, is to go around and include several places in your game, obviously make them easy to get to and not dangerous. Once you put all your pieces together you will create a great game for your family and friends. If you don't feel like doing that there are a few reputable scavenger hunt companies that can do that for you. VIVA LAS VEGAS!

The best types of hunts are the ones with a theme behind them...

When you think of a scavenger hunt you don't want to create a game where it is typical as most games can be. Try to create a game that has a little bit of a theme around it. Most people do games surrounded by holidays as in Easter, Christmas, etc, that's fine but think of other games you can create. How about a reunion hunt, a family outing hunt, an anniversary type of hunt, what makes those hunts interesting is because they can be customized and it becomes a little bit more intimate and humorous amongst your players.
